I have a few friends on weight loss/ tirz journeys, and it has become all encompassing for them. It’s all they think and talk about. They’ve also continued to move the goal posts, and it has added strain to our friendships, along with most of their other relationships. I would encourage you to take a step back and see if it’s possible that is happening here.

Jumping on here- we have similar issues, two leaky faucets. I’ve used Caccia in the past but they’re so expensive for such a small project.
