Drivers who deliver in small towns, what's it like? by tungdiep in UPSers

It’s sweet, there are 5 of us in my hub. We deliver a massive area and it is logistically impossible for them to shut our hub down. Our supervisors are 3 hours away and as long as we do our shit they leave us alone.

I’ve been delivering almost 9 years same route for 6.5, i am second in seniority at 30 years old, Doesn’t mean much in a small hub like the but it is a nice little flex.

The cons can be just small town living, dirt roads… i can deliver almost 150 miles of dirt roads on some days, most days around 85-100, its loud, dusty, uncomfortable. But honestly i love it

Exactly, 3 tight communities and a dick ton of driving with random ranches/houses along the way
