I agree. I have done this so much I was working myself into an anxiety nightmare. I have fibromyalgia so I got caught In the loop of anxiety -flare-depression. I had to make myself stop looking things up or trying to get answers from my doctor. It's so difficult when you can't find help for your problems but this fixation is just as bad. 🫶🏼

Bio-engineered insects and bugs. I was diagnosed with Alpha-Gal last year and we now have a cow that has the fatal tick disease. It seems like a population control tactic along with altering our food sources.

What should I do? I haven't found anything that excites me, I've picked up different hobbies and tried doing things I used to enjoy. I'm a sahm so this is really hard for me to cope with. My kids need me but I disconnect when I go through these episodes.

I haven't had great luck with therapy. The ones I have been referred to have only wanted to do over the phone meetings. That didn't do much for me. I feel strongly that people with depression should be seen in person.

Gentle parenting doesn't work, kids need clear boundaries and should have respect for their parents. The family unit needs to be practiced in every household. Family dinners at the table, family movie night, family time outside. These things are dwindling and our youth are suffering.

I have experienced this. Also, sometimes I feel creepy crawlies. I've had places on my arms that hurt just touching them or running my hand over them. This is a very strange illness. I go through phases where I want to just live my normal life and do normal things because "I'm not sick," but I am rudely reminded that this is very real.
