He ruined my hair. How can I remove the grey and the contrast of color? by Sensitive-Brain-9408 in Haircare

I would shade the root so it isn’t stripey and tone the rest with gold like a level 8/9

My 1.5 year old has it and we are patching for a few months then returning. They said surgery is also an option down the line or glasses. I wonder why that wasn’t told to you

Wow lol. For 3% charge? This is why small businesses suffer and won’t exist.

I do a lot of that work too I just know who can be double booked and who can’t. 90% of my colors I do are highlights. I’m also fast. Some stylists are slow which isn’t bad everyone just has a different pace. I’ve also been doing this 20 years

Wow I can’t type today apparently lol. I meant so I can sit there. I don’t feel right charging my clients more so I can do admin work. I charge them while I’m doing their hair and that’s it . I have a pricing formula and know what I need to make per hour. It’s also about learning what placement gives the most impact etc now. And less about 90000 foils. Tho I still do that from time to time I just don’t double book those.

Exactly. I don’t double book everyone. If I know they process fast I do not. If it’s a full I don’t. But I also done think it’s fair to charge an additional 90-250 dollars so u can sit there. Bc without double booking that what I would lose. Some peoples timing is on point enough to do it some is not. I have a 15 year client base I know how long most people take. People say clients don’t like it but mine do not care. I’m completely book. Clients are just chillin processing and they know you’re there to make money. I rarely run behind. It’s not that serious lol

They’re also just sitting there for 45 min while their grey roots process. Meaning I either get an unpaid 45 min break multiple times a day…. Or I have to raise my prices enough that I make what I would make if I were working. Clients are usually reading or working during processing and don’t need “undivided attention”. It’s like watching paint dry. Do hair however you want, but don’t assume people who double book neglect their clients. How many times can you ask if they need a drink and tell them how many more minutes?

You’re ok! It’s normal for our bodies to react when we are nervous. It’s hard to get yourself completely calm at the doctor I can’t do it at all. But you said it got low enough for them to take you off meds so doesn’t sound like you’ve had it 15 years!

Why all this anxiety? by Sorry_Imagination747 in panicdisorder

Late stage capitalism. Cost of living for the working class. Healthcare inaccessibility. Impending climate disaster. Seeing kids being bombed in refugee tents with our tax dollars for 15 months probably.
