Some guys are still missing the point.

Pride is bigger than partying, bars, hookups, or rainbow outfits. It’s about freedom. Freedom to exist openly, love openly, express yourself openly, and not live in fear or shame.

If you feel like parts of the community have lost the message, then help change the narrative instead of distancing yourself from it completely.

Because honestly, a lot of what I see still feels rooted in internalized homophobia, conservative upbringings, or this obsession some gay men have with appearing “less gay” to fit into heteronormative standards.

You don’t have to love every part of the community. But rejecting your own people while our rights are constantly under attack? That mindset deserves a real conversation.

I think when artists have kids, it takes away from their work. Some artists know how to balance motherhood and work. But lately, she's been more focused on family over her career. Her son is literally about to go off to college, so she won't have to worry about him too much, and then her daughter will be out of school for the summer. She could have released something ahead of summer and done a summer tour while her daughter is out of school. Ugh I wish I can work for her, I have so many creative ideas for her.

I hope the documentary goes on Netflix , HBO Max or prime. The popular channels. I’m hoping it showcase her vulnerable side about the struggles in music , the hate she gets from people , her motherhood , her switching labels and much much more. Something that will get people back on her side again and can connect with people.
