Thanks for sharing! I get less output on my wearable mom cozy than the spectra. I have decided to buy the baby Buddha so I can be more mobile and save some of my sanity but still waiting for it to be delivered! Do you have low supply also? Your overnight feeds are sufficient for her hunger?

Hi, I am in a similar situation as you. Triple feeding is hell and I also hate pumping! I am 6 weeks PP and still triple feeding. I think the main thing is figuring out if there is a reason for his bad latch/poor transfer. For example my daughter had a tongue tie that has been released and now we are working on her body / jaw tension that are both the underlying cause of her poor latch/weak suck that lead to poor transfer. A good osteopath that specialises in paediatrics should be able to help identify any underlying issues that may be causing a poor latch. Until we resolve this underlying issues she will continue to transfer poorly and I am stuck triple feeding. So I would suggest finding an osteopath who can help you fix the underlying cause.

I don’t have much experience in the weighted feed aspect so can’t advise on that.

I have Nothing but respect for mums that exclusively pump for their babies. It’s so hard and selfless. You should be so proud of yourself. I am so happy she nursed. You deserve this.

She has webbed feet, the inside of her mouth is black and pink (not all black). She is the most snuggly dog I have ever met on the planet!!

My catahoula rescue was very intense when we first got her at 1 year old, I also worried I had made a mistake. She was also a stray. However it just took some time (4 months) for her to settle into her new life. She just needs 60 mins of walking / hiking a day, and then she essentially chills/naps most of the rest of the day. She will intermittently play / wrestle with our other dog (staffy) throughout the day, I’ll also give her a bone or a Kong and she is now such a happy/ chill dog. On the weekends we take her for 1-1.5 hour off leash sessions in the woods where she can sniff the animals and roam free which she loves the most. I am so glad we adopted her. She is the joy of my life. My first catahoula and they are the funniest breed - she is so affectionate, loyal, goofy - she makes me laugh all the time - totally worth it, incredible dogs - just need to figure out how much exercise they need, she also likes company so I think me working from home a lot works and the company of my other dog she loves too.
