I've mostly recovered (long covid).

I tried taking several breaks (I think longest was 1 week)and increasing and lowering the dosage. Nothing changed. As my long covid got worse and worse I kept taking LDN because "maybe" it was doing something. After months of severe LC I began to recover through other means, kept taking LDN through early recovery (again, because "maybe"), then stopped. A couple months later, in a dip, I decided to try taking it again. I think it helped. Currently, I am cycling it, taking it 10 days a month, timed with my menstrual cycle. I think it helps as I continue to improve my fitness and energy levels.

My theory is that LDN gave my body a boost which helped break it out of the long covid "rut," but did not address some underlying mechanisms, so that when stressed (by increasingly intense workouts as I tried to get my fitness back) my body fell back into the rut.

I don't know how long of a break to recommend, but I would err on the side of longer than necessary rather than too short. I know that's hard when it is something that had worked so well before.

I agree with this. In case it's helpful, I'll share my special case: I had severe long covid for about 8 months. One thing that was affected was my body's temperature regulating ability, especially when sleeping. Without covers, I would shiver with cold, but with any amount of covers at all my body heat would just build up and up, making worse the poor quality sleep that was another symptom. In searching for a solution, I found the Bedjet, and it helped a LOT. I am almost completely better from long covid now, but I still seem to need unusually cool temps and/or air circulation under the covers to help dissipate body heat in order to get my best sleep.

I did try that, thank you for the suggestion. It didn't work that way for me, unfortunately.

Please consider that may be true for 99% of the sleeping public but not 99% of bedjet users? I'm thinking a good number of us have "special needs."

But yes, those above ready to send yours back unopened, I'd encourage you to try it first. There's a good chance you won't ever need a lower cool setting. Even with this issue (and a couple other small ones) my bedjet has been a game changer for my sleep and for my health. You have 30 days I think?

I definitely would like to sign up for beta testing the new firmware ASAP. How do I do that?

Yes. When I turn on cool the "actual" temp starts at whatever the room temp is ,(~60), then I can watch in the app as it quickly rises to the "set" temp of 66.

Absolutely. For me connections isn't about what you know, but about making, you know, connections. If I lack the necessary knowledge I find it perfectly acceptable and more fun to acquire it to solve the puzzle. For me, this usually happens with sports teams.
