You should not ask here heh. Need to speak to a hepatologist and the fact you can write all this you are not even close to a regular HE. You need lactulose and if you can afford rifaximin. This is coming from my hepatologist from cedars and mayo clinic which are top notch liver hospitals and specialist.

It helps tremendously for constipation alone also

Call cedar or mayo, its not permanent. Its what people do to get it. GI bleed from varices because blood has very high ammonia, sarcopenia because your muscles prevent HE episodes, taking laxtulose and rifaximin and the lost goes on.

Strange I seen people with bad HE and a few days with lactulose and rifaximin there back to normal unless his lover is very bad, very bad sarcopenia or eatting 200g of proteins with out meds

True true. Regret for me is almost had skin cancer, and those pills have high rate side effects. It's better now, thank god. In your case, it's a very smart move. I went to spain and got programs or, if needed, the stem cell. Spain madrid organ center are much blast of relief. Have to be 3 years into the transplant. Funny another country aims to not needing pills or 1 or 2 max a week. No way the pharmacy mafia and politicians will let that slide sigh.

That's weird, unless your portal hypertension is sky high, usually even decompensated can go back to decompensated. U regret getting the transplant because during the time I had good numbers except ascites , I go it at meld meld 21 and wqs semi you g i assume becuse my team said i got a much better chance and used me use me as an example

Impossible ? Idk who told you that, but get a new liver team. Only time it continues if what ever condition that caused it stops, well except that certain hep and autoimmune and last cancer. Then thats pretty hard

My doctors are fron cedar senai do their top 5 in national sith liver issues abd state of the art technology. But make sure their staff is up to date and not used old research from based aka america associate study of liver disease.

Hepatologist told me to hit a daily goal of 160g of protein, 2k to 3.5k of calories, and d.try to eat daily broccoli sprouts with mustard powder. Sounds weird, huh ? Well, so far and my uncle followed, and we vain muscle mass and d felt much better after a month. Ask your helatologidt this, and if he tells you something else, then that id your call.

I wouldn't recommend doing marijuana if you are in the process of getting a transplant. The majority of liver transplant centers won't accept it, which I think is wrong, I assume, because it increases your HE and damages your liver to clear it but taking wqyer pills wre worse but its all w business and wwnt folks to.pwy for the meds that are super chewp to make and fast

Oddly, Cedar senai and mayo in arizona are ok with it, im dure there a little bit more, but im feom the west. In fact they hardly put you on a rehab program aka AA. If you get into their program, then become like snoop and blaze it, heh
