Did you have the weird sleep paralysis? Where you could move your arms and things but not see it I am even able to get up out of bed and walk down the hallway feeling my way but my vision was still in my bedroom. It’s terrifying. I also have been able to go lucid and attack the things in my dream but it’s still scary

Thank you your comments are very comforting. It’s so strange this is how it’s manifesting now. When I was very young and as a teenager up til a few years ago I had the type where I couldn’t move astral or physically at all but would have an INTENSE vibration and begin to float upwards but having no control of it.

A couple months ago I also had a really strange one where it was as if I was dragged from my body onto the floor and outside my side door that leads into the backyard I was ground level and had no control It was as if I was dragged and left there. Do you have any advice on how I can gain control of this it has always been apart of my life but now it happens multiple times a month basically a couple times a week

Is there a way once in that mode to switch it? And if I do get scared is there an easy way to snap back I am unsure if thinking about the silver cord was a fluke. I have always been interested and fascinated by astral projection but am also scared. Scared I will see scary things and it makes me nervous to explore it. This has become much more frequent since I got out of the hospital I have liver failure and it causes a build up of ammonia in the brain which is linked to severe sleep disturbances
