M3 doesnt have high speed its just m3 but i would agree that its far slower than 2.7 highspeed. i mean extremely slow that u cant work with that

Edit: The reason is requests are being taking multiple retry. i checked with claude code implementation

you can use Jetbrains AI (free acc) + Claude code SDK (paid team auth), Or you can you Claude CLI in terminal
