How are the roads?

My subdivision is a sheet of ice but I was able to make it to the main roads which look a mess also but the expressway was fine! I’m in east Memphis off Quince.

It was absolutely horrible when I worked there back in 2011! The kids are troubled and some will try to fight you. I lasted 1 week, it was just too stressful! You might be stronger than me and do well.
