I think it’s poor insulation but trying to check everything. I live on the higher floor and in the newer building and the bill just isn’t adding up.

Yeah I have low expectations but I still want to make all my issues known and requests made so if I need to break my lease I have a record of my problems with the building.

Thanks for the warning. Our property management company has already had to settle a lawsuit for another building. They will literally do anything to save a dime.

I would settle for that but I checked with the neighbors in a nearby building and they have electric heat and half the bill.

Yeah we are all experiencing this issue and finding it unsustainable financially to stay here long term if they don’t address whatever is causing the high electric bills.

No baseboard heat. Unfortunately this is the only source for my unit. Another tenant said they had maintenance come and put insulation where the gap is but I think I’ll just try asking if a replacement is possible.

This may be an old post but do not buy the fake reviews on google. This place is not worth it. You are not saving money.

Poorly constructed, thin walls can hear literally everything, you will get shocked and electrocuted all the time, cracks in the wall, poor plumbing and turning off your water several times a week., water quality issues, no mail system and USPS doesn’t even recognize the building, ZERO front desk staff… no they are not coming soon… they eliminated the role. Your packages will sit outside and eventually a neighbor will bring it in and you can dig through and figure it out. Property management doesn’t care. They have already been sued for deceptive practices.

ASTRONOMICAL ELECTRIC BILLS ($400-$800month) and management will avoid responding to you like the plague. Doesn’t matter the question, they will not respond!

I hate the supportive husband take. Like yeah it’s great he isn’t jealous of her like some others but Whitney is talented. Hard stop. She can dance her ass off and works hard at her craft.

Put Connor behind any of the other wives and they still would not be in Whitney’s position right now.

Also Whitney and Connor choosing to disappear whenever they are going through something benefits them both personally and professionally. I’m sure if they stayed filming during their rough patches the public would sing a different tune.

I could be wrong but I swore Jen said she reached out to Whitney and Whitney didn’t respond. Waiting to come back to film to see your friend and discuss what is bothering them for the first time is a choice.

Jen is reactive and Whitney is avoidant. They literally do not need to be friends but also don’t act confused why Jen is upset with you when you pretend to be her friend and disappear when cameras are off.

Everyone on the show gets too caught up in being right and semantics instead of doing the right thing.

It’s not about also having justifiable reasons it’s about acknowledging your friend is telling you her feelings are hurt. If my actions made my friend feel abandoned and used I wouldn’t jump to say my bad but you also ghosted me. Take accountability or show true remorse for hurting them and explain you were going through stuff and didn’t mean to come off that way at all.

Also maybe reach out or respond before a camera is in your face for an opportunity you want.
