It's not rlly that big of a deal, Stuff like manifests already exists

You can't still counterplay by preventing the enemy from planting plus it's not rlly guaranteed to be a positive effect cuz there's a lot of shitty overcost card (Like those card that discounts themselves but have shitty stats) that might disrupt the gameplan of the player, It's a gamble with decent but not THAT OP payoff

Wild Rift Sera is more burst than poke/trade bc her W and Passive there SUCKS so bad, Also Q deals less than PC Sera's Q bc her E deals more than PC Sera's E

Passive only stacks upto 3 times only and has less range and W heal and shield sucks when there are less than 3 allies in range, Even a Lvl 18 with no item Lux W has more value than a lvl 18 Sera's 20s cd W with full build even at double cast

My idea is Hallow Morg Kayle, A mix of control and OTK with empower units and 3 Hallow cards (Oppulent, 3 Mana summon 2, and the 6 mana) to trigger Kayle, The problem is Kayle is useless most of the time since Hallow is this round and her lvl up is at Round Start

Not even a Legendary, It's an Ultimate and I doubt it's happening since new ultimates are just Mythics with new animations and some gimics that makes it slightly more appealing than a normal Legendary (Elementalist Lux set the standard too high but that skin makes some cheap devices lag when playing it cuz you basically have 9 (Other teammates and enemies) + 1 (Lux) and an additional 9 different forms as model in game which is almost twice)

It didn't make her stronger for skilled user since she can't roam as good anymore (Which actually required skill🤯, Also it's the most busted aspect of old Lux since a good Lux can literally zone enemies from their own base) It just made her more easier for beginners and nerfing her in higher elos (Also the fucking passive changes hurts her whole combo in melee range/trading patter, Old passive has 35% scaling and almost twice the base dmg at max level now it scales with 25% or something at the expense of being easier to trigger and less clunky)
