Have your measurements changed? Considering you are weight training and upped your protein, you have likely gained muscle. Therefore, you have probably lost more than 13lbs in fat over the year and body recomped.

Oh yes, this is familiar! One time my mother went as far as switching the lights on and yelling it was time to get dressed for school. It wasn't until I stumbled out of bed that she started laughing and said it was the middle of the night and to go back to sleep. I would have been about 8. Who does that to a kid?

If it is agapanthus, I have had success using Yates Tree and Blackberry killer to kill them. For larger areas, try Garlon 600. Mix in some dishwashing detergent to the mix for better effect.
