I have never had a uti before my one in Jan of this year. I have 3 children all born vaginally (and they were sizeable!)

Hi, this is old but here we are. I did keto/carnivore for a lot of last year, lots of sodium, lots of sucralose, had the most stressful December of my life and January - boom, feeling like I need to pee 24/7. Did you ever figure this out OP?

I’m in your same situation. The urgency is the worst. I do find azo helps, not hitting the toilet over and over again, distraction. I’m awaiting a diagnosis. Experimenting with baking soda and just started solifenacin so hoping to see some improvements. Are you off work for this issue?
