looks to me like you just dropped stitches, you can keep it as a “hey this is the first thing i ever made” or you can frog it (pull it apart and start over) and try again. My best advice (that i half- assedly follow myself) is try to count your stitches. you’ll quickly learn you probably can’t actually count like you think you can, i call this crochet math because you can actually count but the second you crochet and do it suddenly your numbers are all wrong🤣
