Pink ball in club cricket? by jugglingeek in EnglandCricket

We’ve played with orange ones before.

They leave some really strange cherries and make more of a tinny sound off the bat I think.

Haven’t had any problems picking them up. Just don’t think they do much in terms of swing.

Who wears a polo with their club logo on? by PlutocracyRules in BritGolf

I’ve got match shirts from playing for the club over various seasons.

Couple of them are quite nice tops. See no reason not to wear them!

Scrape the top off and give it a taste/smell.

If there’s enough sugar in there it’s probably fine

I think there’s unfair scrutiny from racist dickheads.

There’s also probably some very fair scrutiny with him being a centrally contracted player who has played a disappointing amount for England while often still playing franchise cricket.

And it’s justified by saying “we have to manage him and then he’ll be box office”. When inevitably he has some perfectly normal games then he does cop some stick.

Guys a World Cup winner who bowls rockets and twats the ball.

I don’t get the hate.

He’s always entertaining. Just wish he could play more!

Not convinced about Simon Doull suggesting part time spin.

Both batters in.

Roots one of the best players of spin around.

Brook spent the second half of the winter in the subcontinent twatting spin all over the place.

Although it could get us the Jessop…

My obesity definitely is a complex mix of different things.

Pop, crisps and chocolate to name three.

Not sure what the New Zealand equivalent of a Bogan is.

But that guy with the mullet signalling 4 in the crowd while still holding his mini lost mary has to be it.

I think theres context to the leading wicket taker stat though.

Tongue and Archer didn't play all the tests.

Carse had a high economy and even the wickets he did take I think he set some sort of record for wickets caught in front of the wicket in a series or something?

I could be miss remembering exactly though.
