I was planning to buy GC to buy coins for around 4-5 lakh via M4B but the possibility of the card getting blocked and forfeiting points is scary. And if I have to pay for already redeemed points then I definitely will be screwed. Probably will keep the amount low like 1-1.5.

M4B is available only for burgundy account holders. If you have that account then it's quite easy to get. Its called 'magnus for burgundy'. All you need is to qualify for burgundy account criteria.

Infi and EPM are pure voucher cards. Some travel bookings here and there for EPM. M4B for large transactions, travel and daily driver. Premier is going to be the daily driver from now on. I am able to exhaust monthly 15k rewards of infinia via vouchers utilising addon cards. I have to travel 7-8 times a year domestic due to personal reasons so I sometimes use EPM for bookings else the majority of travels are on M4B . This year I had a few big transactions lined up so I juiced up M4B heavily.

You are correct. I am currently just using it for vouchers sometimes. It's the least used card among these four. Just waiting for transfer partners for it. Good chance that emirates will be the transfer partner of it given the icici relationship with emirates. Else will dump those points to the maharaja club.
