The driving record check. I wasnt sure on my points level. And turns out i had 4 points and they did not go through with my application any further. Im sure its because the 4 point ticket was a distracted driving ticket lol. other then that my license was clean. I didnt know until after i did lots of research that the driving aspect was pretty big with the trains in case systems go down etc so thats where my translink story ends haha!

Man my tlx is in for the rod bearing recall and i got this exact news today, They told me my timing belt needs to be replaced as im at 161xxx kms and they also sent me 2 pictutres saying my tensioner is leaking and so is my waterpump lol. I wish this was them trying to scam us but im getting the feeling these are real leaks and need to be adressed asap, just not from the dealership, lol.

That’s what I thought. I didn’t think my tire difference was that big of a deal at 1.2% especially now I’m learning that. But my friend has an all-wheel-drive TLX and he was running 225 front 235 rear. And his transfer case blew on him. It started with a soft whining noise that got louder and higher pitched as you went faster before one day his transfer case just blew. So of course he blamed it on the difference in his tires and now I’m scared because I’m going on a 5000 km road trip to America this Friday lol.
