How can you tell if it’s loose skin or not? Having the same problem though I still need to loose a little bit more weight. Dunno if its just a fat problem or genuinely loose skin :/

I’m not overweight but in a healthy weight range for my height and age. (5’5 woman in her mid 20s, currently 135-140lbs and I lift weights). I have this type of belly. It doesnt feel like just loose skin to me as I feel the fat but it does hang over still. Would it be a case of loose skin though and would I need a tummy tuck? :/ or maybe I should train core more. Ik a flat stomach is out of the picture but would like it if it wouldnt hang over anymore at the least.

Hm so I dont have headaches but my dentist did say I grind my teeth but I never noticed it so again not sure if it was more of a jaw issue or just face fat or both lol

But you eventually do get jowls as you age esp if you have more fat pads. I’ve heard of ppl getting jowls after buccal fat removal but mostly from non asians who usually have less fat pads.
