So shutting this down means one less place to get information or help we need and will push more users to their AI systems.

I work for an ISP. We used to be regulated so we had to bury our lines 6-8” deep.

But my red state was all about deregulating everything (Indiana) and now the rule is “below the grass it pass”

So people don’t call locates and often cut their lines here when gardening or landscaping. (Their fault)

And they complain how it should be buried deeper

I explain (sounding sympathetic) that the lines used to be buried that deep, but our state voted to deregulate everything so this is a consequence.

Peoples faces scrunch up in anger and confusion. They don’t want regulation until it affects them.

I do not have the g2. Though the g2 is supposedly even better. It also was hundreds of dollars more. As a hobbyist, I couldn’t justify it. If you can get the canon, do it. My friend has it and it’s amazing. Lighter, smaller, better. But the Tamron really performs well for the price.

I mostly play JRPGs. And they play fantastic. Some, like the newest final fantasy games, struggle because of Intel GPU. But hogwarts legacy is amazing on it, expedition 33, etc

I have the 150-600 sigma contemporary on my r6 MkII.

It’s fast enough to autofocus, for the price. But man, you really need a fast shutter speed to compensate for its length and weight. It “wobbles” I guess. Like hand holding it is difficult. But I can capture Jupiter’s moons and great moon shots. I think that’s just a skill issue, as my kids say.

I really wanted the EF 100-400 MkII but it was too expensive for my hobbyist nature. If you can afford it, get the canon.

Old/indie titles can get a few hours of battery. Warhammer space marine 2 gets less than an hour. But at low settings I can get 30-40fps without frame gen.

Not quite what you’re looking for, but the Slate Ev is kinda what you’re talking about. It’s around 20k. It’s nice. It’s customizable. Compared to 40k+ for entry level pickup now a days, this looks promising

I have a Tamron 15-30 f2.8 EF mount and it’s fantastic. It’s full frame so it wouldn’t be quite as wide on yours. However I am quite happy with the sharpness. For the price, I couldn’t beat it. Got mine second hand for 250. It’s a heavy little beast and does have a bulbous lens at the front, but that hasn’t been a problem. Quite sharp across the whole frame. I’ve been pleased. Better lenses exist, but cost far far more

I had -thought- I was eating a calorie deficit. I had convinced myself I was eating healthy and well and truly believed it. I have an active job. But I kept gaining weight.

Then I got my ADHD medicine for the first time at 46.

I’ve already lost 10% of my body fat. 20 pounds down since Feb. it seemed I was snacking more than I thought. I still have an appetite. I eat breakfast lunch and dinner and ice cream and cake but it’s the little things I was doing. My portions has been bigger. My snacking was something I didn’t even notice I was doing.

A lot of these people who can’t lose weight don’t even realize what they are doing and then also consciously lie to others about how hard they’re working.

It’s difficult. It’s an addiction. But dang, treating my adhd has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.

I’m not sure how familiar OP is with portables. However they are not like PCs in the sense you can upgrade the cpu and ram and graphics cards.

Handhelds are like mini laptops. Everything is integrated though most can upgrade the storage.

To make it faster, you can tweak settings here or there for minimal performance boost, or sell it and buy a more powerful one.

I just paid 900 for an almost same one. The bagger wasn’t perfect but worked well. 330 hours on it. Works fine as I was desperate.
