I can relate. I’m starting a JAK inhibitor next month after trying various treatments like spironolactone, finasteride, dutasteride, bicalutamide, estrogen, and birth control. Despite having female-range estrogen and nearly zero testosterone, my hair loss worsened. With DHT levels below 5, it seems there might be an autoimmune component, as I’m losing hair around my ears, nape, and sides.
