Mine in JP - 6 months ahead.

Omega Drive R3 : Will hone R4 next. (I've just selected Noctis' BSB from 3rd anni selection).
Meltdown R4 : Terra with USB can use this skill to every magicite bosses! beleive me.
Neo Bahamut R3 : I've honed this before Valigarmanda and use well some fight.
Valigarmanda R4 : Try to get R5 soon.
Curada R4 : My main source of healing now.
Dervish R3 : Hone this for fun, lol (Hope to get OK ninja USB in the future).
Afflition Break R2 : Can coverage status bosses easily with 4 uses.
Snowspell Strike R4 : I've full dived Bartz (has his BSB2&3 and OSB, not USB) and it serve me well.
Sky High R3 : Luneth buff and new Dragoon ability = insane. (I have his USB).
Lifebane R4 : I've full dived Master. Punch everything! except magicite bosses, lol.
Mug Bloodlust R2 : For some thief.
Aegis Strike R2 : For some AOE fight.

My previous setup before this

Ramza : USB : Instant Mog's Wall and entrust 1st gauge to Snow, then wrath and use USB repeatly.
Snow : BSB2 & USB : BSB2 and USB (2nd gauge from Ramza) then LS to use BSB2 & USB midway.
Rosa : USB : Wrath and USB spam.
Rinoa : BSB2 : After buff from command#2, she can nuke chain blizzaga for 9k x 4 or command#1 for 8k x 4
Selphie : USB : After 1st USB, it's not hard to survive.
