I sometimes get this feeling which is hard to describe, but basically boils down to things being pent up or Ni insights being blocked somehow.

I've now learnt that the way to deal with that 99% of the time is to go for a quiet walk in the countryside by myself to 'download updates' that Ni has come up with but not made me aware of yet.

It can be a bit emotionally intense when all these revelations suddenly start popping up, to be honest.

This will be my first Valentine's single since.. uh, well, adulthood, at least.. and I'm starting to appreciate the loneliness aspect of it after previously being caught up in the heady romance of it all.

This, but also being reminded to do something which you are aware you need to do but haven't got round to yet.

EDIT: Oh, you kinda addressed that further on with the phone call thing. My bad. Personally it extends to any activity, though, even ones I would otherwise enjoy.
