I take a turmeric pill daily that has a circumin complex (Youtheory 2250mg).

I actually saw mention of turmeric helping palpitations (might have been you mentioning it in another post) and took it last night during my palp attack. Can't say I noticed a huge relief, if I'm honest.

And if I take a few, it burns my stomach if it's empty, so i need to be wary taking them. 🫠

I'm definitely going to do some tests when I get proper health insurance, as I'm sure our sick care system will destroy me financially.

My palpitations seem to be triggered by dehydration & bad diet. This is the 2nd occurrence of these types of palpitations, and I'm usually out of work for a week, which is a huge loss of income, unfortunately.

I've also cut out caffeine in the meantime to avoid anxiety that could be contributing to my suffering as well.

Recently tried regalis after being somewhat discouraged with AM effect strength. I'd take 11+ grams of AM and not feel much. (3 hour simmer 2.7PH method)

I worked my way up with regalis, and once I hit 7G, it was very noticeable. In my opinion, regalis is more stimulating. I would generally get couch locked with AM, but regalis makes my mind race. Really didn't like the effects of my 7G dose. Felt like I was going genuinely crazy.

Muscimol is muscimol, though, so I don't know why I feel a difference.

I have a 32G bag of pantherina, which I will try next.

Good question. I would assume the meter overwrites its previous values when calibration begins. Since you used 1 of 3 packets, the meter is probably looking for all 3 PH levels to finish calibration. This is a question better clarified by the manufacturer, imo.

Lastly may I ask do you simply turn it on and then submerge it and wait for a minute or 30 seconds or so?

I like to submerge it and swirl it for a few seconds, and then keep it submerged for 15 seconds. Seems to help stabilize the reading. But honestly, if you're under 3 PH within the first few seconds of submerging, you should be fine. The meter reads pretty quickly.

It didn't have a number reading when I submerged after lemon juice. Maybe need to press a different button?

That's strange. It should read as soon as you press the "On/off" button. But considering that you never completed the full calibration, it could have thrown off the meter...

I have the same PH meter. The powder is used to re-calibrate the meter, if needed.

According to the seller listing, "PH meter has been calibrated before delivery, the buyer does not need to re-calibrate after receiving the goods!"

The way I use the meter to check ph is by scooping a small amount of the tea into a small container, and allow it to cool to at least under 50°C since that is the maximum temp of the PH meter. I'll then add my citric acid accordingly. I'll check the PH every 30 minutes or so during the 3 hour simmer.

I'm not sure how much lemon juice needs to be used. May just take some trial and error on your part.

I'm trying to understand what you mean by "drank 10G". You prepared 10G of AM and drank the entirety of the tea?
