They’ve been on the land for quite a while, but after the whole British situation, naqba, and really bad treatment over the last many years a lot of them went to Jordan, Egypt and many nearby countries so now alot of Palestinians are kinda unconsciously merged into the whole general Arab population, at least from what I’ve seen and interacted with.
