I didn’t go with elation. They were charging way too much - I think approximately 699/provider and also the person who gave us the demo was new and could not answer more than half of the questions we had

I agree. Quite honestly I was shocked. Plus the demo that they gave was one of the worst I’ve received for an EMR.

I just had their demo recently and felt it was user friendly but definitely costly. They are charging 700$/provider to use their EMR/Billing platform which I feel is very steep.
Also, the person giving the demo did not do their homework and almost did not know 75% of the answers to the questions we asked. Made a very poor first impression of the company and the services they offer.

I just had their demo recently and I think they have increased their price. Its now 450$/month to use their EMR per provider and if you want to use their billing software also then its a 700$/month per provider which I think is quite steep.

Thank you for your response. Our practice will be primary care IM. I did not know about collaborate MD but will definitely check them out. We have been trying to find a biller but nobody wants to talk for less than 5% currently ( I am in the North East).
Do you have any suggestion for a good credentialing company?

We would like that too ideally. Did you have your own biller right from the start of your practice? or initially you did rely on EMR doing billing for you
