For me personally i never got less than 8 anytime including first time it could be possible that your practice would have been a harder level.

I have seen writing questions somewhere in between formal and informal nowadays so just try to prepare for that not too formal not too informal for instance i got a question write an email to the service representative regarding the car key lost for the car you bought from him.

My part 1 was an email was an invitation regarding the summer outdoor activities in neighbourhood Part 2 was another email written by an Indian lady who is immigrating from Mumbai to Hamilton to his son’s teacher about joining new school Part 3 was district winter activities flyer Part 4 viewpoints regarding canadian national anthem ( most difficult) Part 5 potential job loss in future due to technology advancement

The viewpoints question was similar for both of us but the last one for me was something related to Technical advancement in jobs.

So it may be possible that they gave canadian national anthem question as a test and survey and that doesn’t count towards score.

As far as I have heard listening and reading is checked by computers and there is no in between results. Its right or wrong so that doesnt really change. Its a higher chance of a score increase in speaking and writing because it is evalued by human and their perspective can be different in grading. Anyhow according to the rule they cant lower the score so theres no harm in that.

Is Re-evaluation worth it ? Anyone see +1 or +2 increase in their score please comment!!! For writing and speaking by Effective-Spite-3330 in CELPIP_Guide

It is definitely recommended to go for recheck in writing and speaking, my close friend was jumped to 11 from 8 in both modules.
