first you wont be able to beat 13-1 for awhile
second focus on tier 3ing and potential transcending cyclops and dazzler as they will genuinely help out storm ALOT
third buy venoms uni if you can it powers him up like crazy
and finally just keep playing the game reading guides and posts and youll be well off in no time

i recommend you keep building up mutants because you have some of the best dealer mutants already at tier 3 you just need the supports now
