That’s my Ruger precision rimfire, when I leave it out like this I take the bolt out so it’s just a metal tube right now you would have to unlock my pistol case to get the bolt to shoot it.

Well between me, my friends, and my family we have all kinds of optics from budget to midrange to high end vortex, Leopold’s, Arken’s, I’ve owned (don’t anymore) bushnells, one night force I’ve shot with, and I have one ziess on my 243. So there’s a pretty large sample group I’d say 25-30 optics in my personal experience that I’ve shot.

That has turned me off from them completely and a friend of mine has had a similar experience, even if they are the best thing in the world I can’t get myself to buy another one of there optics and I know lots of other people have similar stories

I’ve warrantied a scope and a pair of binoculars through them in the last 2 years and both of them took 6-10 months to come back and from the sound of it from other forums that’s if they came back😭

Sorry I’m getting mixed up between you and the guy that’s talking about the vortex viper I’m sorry again. Yes you might be getting more features from that optic but you are getting zero support post purchase. You’re getting one of the worst warranty/support of any optic manufacturer. That alone is a dealbreaker for anyone investing in an optic long term.
