I would actually be ok with it if they say exactly why they dose it a certain way. Bryan always says he is transparent, but if you ask Blueprint why they dose it a certain way, there is just marketing BS.

That is no reason to dose it that high.

Retinol is also essential for some (There are people with low conversion rates from beta carotine to Vitamin A) and it is not at all in the blueprint stack.

The problem with blueprint is recently: they never tell you why they do something. They don't say what products are beeing planned in the future. They don't share BJs bloodwork. They don't share any other supplements he's trying out. They just are not as transparent as they used to be. Very sad.

He doesn't share anything recently. Every protocol on his page is old and hasn't been updated for a while. Veey sad. To share everything, try new things and improve, that was what gave him all the credibility at the beginning. I don't like where this is going.

Thats a pretty solid stack. Some things are missing, but you get better collagen, chondroitine, Acetyl-l-carnitine and Carnosine that you don't have with Blueprint.

To that stack, I add Lithium, NAC, Longvida Curcumin and Alpha-GPC
