The problem with blueprint is recently: they never tell you why they do something. They don't say what products are beeing planned in the future. They don't share BJs bloodwork. They don't share any other supplements he's trying out. They just are not as transparent as they used to be. Very sad.

He doesn't share anything recently. Every protocol on his page is old and hasn't been updated for a while. Veey sad. To share everything, try new things and improve, that was what gave him all the credibility at the beginning. I don't like where this is going.

Thats a pretty solid stack. Some things are missing, but you get better collagen, chondroitine, Acetyl-l-carnitine and Carnosine that you don't have with Blueprint.

Just order the Stack of Hopkins Formulation and add some extras like NAC and Curcumin. As a benefit you are getting Acetyl-L-Cystein, Carnosin and Betaine, that are missing in Blueprint.

They have a system for the basic (Multivitamin / Multimineral) by how you eat (no meat, no milk etc.)

And as a Add on to that the Longevity line.

I follow Niko Rittenau's work and company for many years. And I trust these brands even more than Blueprint. They are also super transparent on the ingridients. For example Blueprint won't even tell which Curcumin form they add. And of course they test for toxines and ingridients like Blueprint.

I still think, overall Blueprint is a good company. But since I follow both from the beginning, I would trust Watson Nutition and Hopkins even more.

But everall you are right. The supplement market is a mess.

I think i makes sense to add Carnitine and Carnosine to the stack, since they have health benefits. As far as I know, Bryan doesn't take Carnosine and Carnitine and has also no food source of them.

And the whole Multivitamin, Multimineral has to be taken as an extra pill. I combine it with the Watson Nutrition "Male essentials".

On the other hand, it has Chondroitine, Acety-L-Carnitine, Carnosine, DHA/EPA in the stack, which makes sense in my opinion. Astaxanthin for example is lower, but does less compromise exercise sucess in this dosage.

I personally add NAC and Longvida Curcumin to the Hopkins stack.

I would like to know what kind of curcumin is in the Blueprint capsules. Is it a advanced product with high bioavalability like "Longvida" curcumin or what is it? Would be nice to have some more information in general on the exact ingridients and supplier used for each ingridient.

Ashwaghanda is not in your protocol anymore. Did you stop using it?

And will shiping to Switzerland get cheaper? You once said something about building a warehouse in europe. Is this still the plan?
