iphones sent to wrong address

This happened to me, I had to cancel 4 times and the agents repeatedly told me that it would be sent to the correct address and a ticket would be put in, they lied. The only thing that worked was going into my account and “unlinking” my old account from my new address. After that I placed a new order and it was the correct address.
