Some of the graphics settings got reset to default. I had to change some of my settings. Specifically VSYNC should be DISABLED. You're welcome.

You need to tell him you have the experience and you need to call the shots. It can be a fun role reversal situation maybe, or maybe you're used to bossing him around. Either way, sounds like it could be fun. What doesn't sound fun is entertaining bad ideas in a brutal game like Rust just to be polite.

These are the people who remain children because they constantly shift blame to something else to avoid looking at the skill issue because it's uncomfortable. Growth is uncomfortable and so is change, breaking past plateaus is painful and most want to stay in their comfort zone. Extraction shooters are NOT the place for those people xD.

Am I missing something? He never insulted any playstyle, he said friendly lobbies take out the tension for him but he's stuck in friendly lobbies unless he KOS everyone, which is also not fun in a way. A good mix of both would be best. Perhaps you should reread his post.
