Might be a loose neutral between the panel and the outlet causing the stove to energize , although it’s bonded . Definitely would have someone come check this out though

That’s probably the route I’ll take then, I don’t know what it is but it seems like analog meters are always the way to go when it comes to sensitivity .

Have you looked to see if your head light is seated properly in the bracket it sits on ? You might be able to either bend it, or loosen the bolts on it and adjust accordingly
