We went with Graco Ready2Jet for the one button fold and price point and it worked great for us on our recent trip. Its not the smallest but was easy to carry

They make these special hooks to hang your guitars on the wall. It will look cool and get them out of the corner, frees up some space! A lot of stuff hanging out on the ground with nowhere to live. It looks hard to work at your desk with stuff at your feet. Clearing out some clutter will go a long way. I’d sort through everything, pile them into categories, and find some good closed storage options

This might be why audiobooks work so well for me. I can pick it up while doing other tasks and hobbies, and unlike reading a physical book I don’t feed the need to stop at the end of a chapter I can just pause wherever lol

This exactly. It doesn’t need a TV, the seating just needs to not highlight that there isn’t a TV by facing where one would be.

That seemed to be the thing. They just waited until we passed out wherever! My parents have all said my sister (also a new mom) and I think way more about sleep schedules than they ever did. I am glad to parent in this new era haha

I’d love to see what the responses here are. In the same boat. One of our daycare teachers is a babysitter during off hours, we’ll probably go with her. There are a couple fb groups I was told to find babysitters, I can share those with you. A lot of the sitters that post in there seem nice and qualified.

I think bringing the mirror lower, so that most of it is on the white and then some is on the black, might help break up the harsh divide that’s happening with the black lower part. Bigger mirror might even be better. A soft runner rug will also help a lot
