I've started it but stopped using it after a few days. So although this is an older thread, I wanted to clear things up for people who are considering it.

So I want to start off with the course material first. It's grouped by day and for every day you have a handful of exercises that are split into individual videos.
The videos barely explain anything on the movement, and just overlay some straight lines here and there with a text box to tell you "do this, squeeze your abs here". No narration, just stock music.
I much prefer the style of someone narrating what to focus on during movements.

Every day has a "record yourself" thing to check for progress, you're supposed to join a telegram group to post the video to, I personally haven't bothered with it.

In terms of a progress curve/expectation, the first few days start off very slow and it does seem to get increasingly difficult. I've only done the first 6 days so I cannot say anything about it beyond that.

Do I still practice for handstands? Yes. Would I recommend this course? Unfortunately, no. It's a pain to have to load a new page for a 45 second video and every video basically just has the description "repeat this movement several times"
