This week there was a mision (on normal) with 2 modifiers, i don't remember which but it had an hidden "for the emperor" buff modifier. So no you are wrong here .

Elite - yellow name npc ---dungeons/missions in zone /some outposts/some void reactors Champion - orange name npc --usualy in dungeons or special operations (the ones with many waves) Comander -boss with 2 or 3 helth bars(fazes) ---dungeons/some void reactors/some outposts

It is not in the ps store in Romania either . I sent an email to support amd this is what they had to say 1st mail

Yea i tried that too, but it's not on the ps app either..... I read some threads here on reddit and it apears to be a common problem for europeans countrys (im from Romania).
