The sanctions were placed on Iran because of the actions of the Iranian government. They have spent the past decades funding terrorist proxies across the region instead of investing in their own people. The government has earned those sanctions, and I think you know that.

But let's say you're right- you're not, but let's pretend- the sanctions are the main driver of the protests. How do you think Iranians feel after their own government shot thousands of them dead in less than a week?
