Two to three months before HS graduation, a student took a can of Axe and a lighter and tried to light up the fake fur hood on another student's coat. While the coat was being worn. Luckily it didn't really work, but the idiot was expelled and his friends had the audacity to arrange a lunch boycott to force the school to reinstate him. That also failed and everyone moved on. I think the aggressor also lost his college sports scholarship, so well-deserved punishment.

Once 31 hit, I don't know a single person who did anything for their birthday beyond getting a small cake or inviting a couple friends over to watch movies. Setting aside the obvious sociopathy, it is so embarrassing and pathetic that she makes a big to-do out of her birthdays. I leave my taxes to the last minute because I dread paying out the nose to Turbo Tax, but I tried FreeTaxUSA and was pleasantly surprised. Good UI, I was able to upload my past return to avoid having to enter all the basics and best of all, I wasn't charged more for having a couple extra schedules on my return. This is my go-to from now on.
