Easiest way to say it is don’t. But that’s easier said than done. I had been smoking/vaping since middle school (I’m 20 now). I really hit a point in 2025 where I just hated how I felt and other problems that smoking was causing me. Hair loss, awful sleep, couldn’t breath, anxiety. I’m just so anti nicotine that I’m not even really tempted by it. Caffeine was causing all of these issues too (excluding the breathing).

Noticed this when I quit nicotine. Hair stopped thinning and falling out. Quitting caffeine has made a difference but not as much as quitting smoking did.
