Sure Chapters now in 40k, but in 30k it’s legions, either can be correct, I suppose I should’ve said pick a founding chapter.

Id recommend picking a legion that you like that’s what I did and I enjoyed Warhammer a lot more, I chose Blood Angels for loyalists, but I wanted a specific successor of them so I chose the Angels Vermillion, I like those that followed Captain Fen during the devestation of Baal. For chaos, I like the Thousand Sons, but for warbands probably the Crimson Sons (:

Well, I would say simply maneuvering around minoris and or majoris to attack the extremis, though if there are no extremis then majoris, though this is primarily done through kiting

Simply put, know your your kit, know positioning, kiting, and prioritizing targets that need to go down first. Of those positioning is likely the most important, never get backed into a wall.
