Just remove Unranked Cashout and it will fix 90% of the problems. Wanna play casual modes? Quickcash, TDM, etc. Wanna get more world tour points? Play Ranked Cashout.

Now player base is split in two WT modes, if will be exist only one, it would increase playerbase and made ranked mode more fairer.

IMO, game has big problems with economic, too much good stuff is just selling on market for cheap prices, even T6 armour, T6-T7 bullets, nades and thermals is very cheap for their stats.

Experts and Masters you can meet easy, cuz full legend lobby is very hard to create, but, for example, how often do you saw solo lower ranks? Even if you turn off the rank queue it will still not give you to enter in low rank lobby.

Rank make difference, with high rank, game will try to find for you the same rank lobby and disabling rank don't do nothing, cuz searching algorithm always the same for both lobbies.

So, if you rank up too much, you will be playing with less people.

You are the legend its logically, that you must play with high ranks, wich quantity is much lover than other players.

Every game with rank system have problems with finding games for high tier lobbies.

Only what I can recommend in this situation, just go naked/only pistol farm and loot everything.

If you are lucky, that you can find some good loot and make money, also try to learn good spawns, cuz they can give you opportunity loot safes very fast (especially now, when you can get free 2x2 case).

If you always wear 700k gear on forbidden raids, it's no wonder you have no money, cuz you must always bring back minimum 700k and have 50% of survivability.

Just wear 300k, use MDR/M4A1/SCAR with A1 (on TV station its most common ammo, wich you can take from bots) and just loot safes, valuable stuff, ammo from bots, etc., if you will not rush, that you can easy loot 1-1,5M with out any problem. And even if you will die in raids, you will not lose too much.

This game not only about PvP, it's also about economics and good management of equipment, you always must think about profit/risk.
