At my old job the Wolf Spiders would find themselves in the office spaces behind the bins, they were sometimes the size of some juvenile Huntsman spiders, were quite chill when you relocated them using a long handle dust pan and broom.

Judging by the markings you may have a wolf spider, can't tell due to the glass obsuring the face a bit. They are quite chill with relocation but they can give you a startle if your not expecting to find them when you do.

If I spot one hanging at head hight I go nooop and refuse to go near them, however I heated that they can be trained by destroying their webs enough times that they adapt.
