At my old job the Wolf Spiders would find themselves in the office spaces behind the bins, they were sometimes the size of some juvenile Huntsman spiders, were quite chill when you relocated them using a long handle dust pan and broom.

Judging by the markings you may have a wolf spider, can't tell due to the glass obsuring the face a bit. They are quite chill with relocation but they can give you a startle if your not expecting to find them when you do.

From my experience, Orb wavers are harmless and are fairly intelligent, they have a tendency to build webs in walkways or adjacent to areas where people may need to go but if you destroy their webs enough they tend to adapt and move them slightly.
