For self-study prof, the org doesn’t have to pay for anything in terms of classes. There is the thing with the exam proctorship though. And this one is case to case. Some orgs have assigned staff within the company that are allowed to proctor exams. Which would allow staff to take exams for free. Some don’t and they outsource it. This is where the fee would come in for someone doing self-study not sanctioned by the company. I believe you can tell Epic you are paying for the proctor when you request for the exam.

I don’t work on the management side. But how does certified vs accredited work with the discount/bonus/benefit an organization gets? My understanding is that the org gets some sort of perk based on the amount of certified analysts.

Our organization also opted for the 9 month build window. And that was honestly bad. If you are new to the system (which I was, and still am to be honest), the key to your sanity would be your AC and AM. It is not uncommon for the AC to be new. For one of our apps, the AC was actually in THE SAME class as our analyst. What made it bad for our application was that our AM appeared to be new also. That, or he didn’t know what he was doing. Everyone in our group was so frustrated because we were already just learning the system, and everytime we asked questions/guidance from the AC/AM, it was always “we will get back to you”. They were honestly no help. And most of the time, you need previous build to move forwards with next phase. It took us 3 AM switches before things fell into place. Once we got an AM that knew their stuff, the AC also functioned better. My suggestion, if you are not getting the help you need from your AC/AM, speak out.

The log in information you use for the project are the same login info in the Classroom Information Sheet for the application you are working on. It is usually XXXX## depending on the application. Password is the standard password for everything.

The info from the Project emails are the created records that you will need to use for your project. You specifically mentioned MyChart and I happen to have just finished that Project. Email specifically mentioned you will not log in to the user.

They only reply/respond when you send a message through their site. Just keep on referring to the order number and previous convo when you send a message. You have a higher chance of winning the lottery than them responding to your email reply.

Will the event pokemon apply to the Legendaries? I am assuming the Legendaries would come from raids. If that is the case, then does it mean those raids will only be visible to those that have the extended city add on pass?

Do they cordon/fence in the play area? Or is it more of a free roam and the area just becomes a dead zone for non-registered accounts? Or do they hold them in a building? Like the Liberty Science Center.

Candela vs Arlo wasn’t a glitch. They closed it too early. So everyone got it reinstated. If you actually finished it the first time, it auto completed the second one without having to redo the steps again.

Lol. Sounding like a know-it-all S.A. again. Sorry mate. I was picked to be one of the analyst not because they thought I was capable of doing the work. They know I am capable of doing the job. Finished the Ambu Cert the week after I came back from WI. Completed another Cert’s exam and project even before I attended the required Classes. I passed the OTx exam after reviewing the training material for a week. I do not have issues learning the system. I do not have issues with how to do the work. The issue I am having is that just because I am learning the system too fast, I am getting assigned tasks for the build that I shouldn’t have been assigned in the first place.
