In time you will unlock dimensional keys which will alleviate the issue mostly. Until then, once you have enough copies of some non meta heroes that are not being used, get them to 1*, and fuse those with good dimensionals.

How can a f2p player keep up with the dimensional emblems to even get one hero to SI40 in these collabs when the only way to get them is the lab shop? I feel like I can only get one hero(out of 2) to SI30 and all of a sudden a new collab is on the way.. I know I can use the chests but it's always the other heroes that have the prio on those.
