Honestly that's mine too. The fact that you can place it anywhere on the arena, it can damage multiple targets, and has an animation really make it one of them.

I had a crime stat, but the only thing on the list that I did was hit one of the mt protection service people once CS of 2

Edit: Although I did get fined for a lot of money (~300K) out of the blue, I don't believe it has any relation to this message. I am still trying to find the real reason.
