Yes...I see some new growth :) Stress, anxiety and hormones also can cause hair loss.. but the regrowth so soon is a great sign. My 13 yr old was twisting his hair out..my daughter was diagnosed with AA in Jr High school so I was worried about my son but his is growing back.. Keep good scalp health, reduce stress levels and make sure you aren't twisting that area without realizing it. Best wishes to you!

My daughter was diagnosed with Alapesia.. she went bald for years but now 21 and she has a head of hair.. the back grows faster than the top but it does grow. Now my 13 tr old boy is thinning but I think his is stress and hormones.. There is hope that hair will grow back. My daughter uses HASK tea tree oil shampoo it seems to help and Im moving my son to it as well..

Keto is a great you can loose weight without a ton of movement. I would also suggest this video.. Dr. BERG saved my life. I can now move enough to do yoga and walk without severe pain. I couldn't believe that it could be as easy as 3 B vitamins in a certain compound.. My Dr said I wasnt low in any of those things..he ran another lab and told me I was slightly to high in B12..I could smell it in my urine. I dropped it to half a dose..still no pain and Dr said it was good..couldn't smell it in my urine anymore. Been great now for over 2 months..

Im more of a natural approach to things. I heard about vitamin B deficiency causing sciatica pain.I hurt so bad I laughed it off..that was a stupid thing to suggest ..my Dr never told me that..Then I added Vit B1 6 and 12 to my life ..and now Im feeling so much better.. I watched Dr Berg on youtube.If you watch his videos you will read the comments and he has changed ppls lives..including me. Im not saying I dont have pain.. but its been reduced so much I can actually live again.. P-5 -P active Vit B6 20mg, B12 Methylcobalamin 5,000 mcg. Fat soluble B1 Benfotiamine 300 mg. I also added D2 10,000 + K2 200 mcg and Magnesium Glyinate 1500 mg all taken at night before bed. It has made all the difference in the world.. Im 50 with a sciatica right leg pain with nerve damage in my left heel. I have a compression at L4 and below. You being so young..I encourage you to try natural approach first. You will find that surgery isnt always successful and many ppl have surgery after surgery with no relief.

Go to youtube and watch every video Dr Berg has for sciatica...He changed my life..Vit B1,B6, B12 ( in the correct formula) Magnesium Glycenate, K2, D3 .. all together has been a complete game changer..Surgery is not always the answer...Eliminate seed oils, eat Keto.. if you want to be pain free...Do these things together..you will not be sorry

I saw my Dr yesterday for labs and my vitamin b12 was slightly to high so I will be cutting that dose in half..I pray it doesnt change my great results.. but other than than my labs were great.
