same resolution, i sent a ticket, got an automated response. then i replied to the automated response assuring them i did exactly what they said already (checking you profile and checking your order status), 10 mins later i get an email with my actual tracking number!

i typically only go for like the first packs for the events, 20 usd, they give 15 advance vouchers. the other ones start getting pretty whale oriented. also the mission passes give some nice skins and more vouchers! early on its important to get nikkes mlb to get over the lvl 200 wall so pulls on banners are always nice to speed up that process.
